We are located in the Old Diamond District of the New York City. If you live out of state or feel more comfortable to meet virtually, you might be interested in selling your jewelry online to an Ideal Refiners specialist instead.
Arrive at our office in the NYC at your scheduled time and meet privately with an Ideal Refiners specialist who will evaluate the jewelry you’re interested in selling right on the spot.
We are following all the health guidelines and your safety is our priority.
Once your pieces undergo the review, your Ideal Refiners specialist will prepare a written offer for you to consider.
We take into account many different factors when evaluating jewelry like diamond rings, gold or silver scrap, and watches, and we strive to create the best and fairest market price for you.
If you decide to accept our offer, we will pay you on the spot. You can choose between a check, bank transfer, or cash. We are committed to provide our customers with the best and seamless experience, therefore we never charge fees or commission.

For each item you told us about, we will send you an estimate within 1-2 business days.
If you accept our offer, we will send you our free and fully insured Shipping Kit for a safe and insured shipping of your items.
Within one business day we will send you our Shipping Kit for all the items you are interested in selling.
The Kit will contain all information and packing materials you will need for your jewelry to be sent to the Ideal Refiners, including instructions, shipping labels and insurance details.
We’ll carefully inspect your jewelry and finalize our offer.
If you decide to accept our offer, we will pay you on the spot. You can choose between a check, bank transfer, or cash. We are committed to provide our customers with the best and seamless experience, therefore we never charge fees or commission.
Should you decide not to sell your jewelry to Ideal Refiners, we will ship all the items you provided back to you foe free, fully insured and no questions asked.
