What to expect
Your appraisal takes about 20 minutes. Gold is acid- and XRF-tested for purity and weighed on a certified scale, diamonds are graded for cut, colour, clarity and carat, and watches are opened and checked against the reference — all in front of you, with us explaining what we're seeing as we go.
You get an itemised offer, not a lump sum. Accept and you're paid the same day in cash or by secure bank transfer. Decline and you walk out with everything you came in with, owing nothing.
