Nothing on this site is an offer to buy
This is the single most important thing on this page. Everything on this website — including recent purchase figures, guides, blog articles, FAQ answers, and anything our chat assistant tells you — is general information only. It is not an offer, a valuation, an appraisal, or a promise to buy anything from you at any price.
A real offer is only ever made by a member of our team, in person, after physically examining, testing and weighing your item. Any figure discussed beforehand is indicative at best and does not bind us. We are under no obligation to purchase any item, and we may decline for any lawful reason.
About our chat assistant
“Kara” is an automated AI assistant, not a person. She is there to answer general questions and pass your details to our team. She cannot value your item, cannot quote a price, and cannot commit us to anything. Her answers are generated automatically and may occasionally be wrong or incomplete. Recently purchased figures
The prices shown in our “Recently Purchased” section reflect what we actually paid for those specific items at that time. They are illustrations, not benchmarks. Precious-metal and diamond markets move daily, and two items that look identical can be worth very different amounts. Nothing there implies what we would pay for your item.
Selling to us
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must present valid government-issued photo identification. This is required by New York State law for precious-metal purchases and is not optional.
- You must be the lawful owner of the item, or be properly authorised to sell it, and it must be free of any lien, claim or encumbrance.
- Completed sales are final. Once you accept an offer and are paid, the transaction is closed and the item becomes ours.
- We may refuse any transaction where ownership, identity or provenance cannot be reasonably established.
Appointments
Booking through this site is a request, not a confirmed reservation. We will confirm by phone or email. Please wait for that confirmation before travelling. Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours: Mon–Thu 10:00am – 5:00pm · Fri 10:00am – 3:00pm.
Using the site properly

- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's personal information through our forms.
- Use the site or the chat assistant to send unlawful, abusive or fraudulent content.
