Expert evaluation, in front of you
At our office everything is tested, weighed and authenticated where you can watch. Gold is acid- and XRF-tested for purity and weighed on a certified scale. Diamonds are examined for cut, colour, clarity and carat. Watches are opened, checked against the reference, and assessed for originality of parts. We explain what we're seeing as we go.
A clear, itemised offer
You get one number per item, not a lump sum you can't unpick, along with the live market rate we based it on. Because we refine in-house there's no middleman margin to cover, which is why our offers regularly beat pawn shops and consignment.
